Working towards your ideal voice can bring up a lot of emotions. However, it's important to challenge the negative self-talk that can impede your success. I fully believe that every person can reach the voice they desire, but I see many students get stuck because of their self-doubt. That's why I created this journal!
Working through this journal will help you take a step back and plan out some strategies to help you work through any negative feelings that arise. You have the power within you to do this, and these prompts will help you stay present, mindful, and playful as you embark on your trans voice practice.
